A clearer maintenance process

Know the next step.
Before you take it.

Start with the issue, building condition and impact on the people using the property. A clear scope helps coordinate repairs, access and ongoing upkeep.

Your maintenance brief

Share the issue, property location, urgency, photos and access arrangements.

Review & site assessment

Clarify the affected area, existing conditions and whether an inspection or specialist investigation is needed.

Scope & quotation

Agree repair priorities, inclusions, exclusions, allowances and any investigation costs.

Scheduling & access

Arrange work dates, site contacts, occupant communication and any shutdown windows.

Works & progress updates

Carry out the agreed works and communicate any findings that affect the scope.

Completion & follow-up

Confirm completed items, relevant documentation and any recommendations for future maintenance.

Your starting point and scope determine the process. Any paid feasibility, design or consultant work should be agreed before it begins.

Solution · Experience · Convenience

Building knowledge.
Practical property care.

Understand the operation

A maintenance brief should cover occupants, equipment, operating hours and the areas that need to remain usable.

Bring buildability forward

Access, existing conditions, services and specialist input affect repair cost and timing. Discuss them early.

Make the scope clear

A useful proposal identifies the work, responsibilities, assumptions and exclusions so you can assess the next step.

Facilities maintenance questions

Plan with more clarity.

What properties can I enquire about?

Commercial premises, offices, retail and hospitality sites, industrial facilities, accommodation and community buildings. Tell us your location, building type and proposed scope so the team can confirm suitability.

Can you help with both one-off repairs and planned maintenance?

Yes. Enquire about a single repair, a defined refurbishment or a proposed recurring maintenance programme. Scope, responsibilities, service intervals and commercial arrangements are agreed for the work required.

Do you offer emergency or 24-hour attendance?

Response times and availability are confirmed when the enquiry is reviewed. Online enquiries are not an emergency dispatch service. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.

What should I include in a maintenance enquiry?

Include the property location and type, a description of the issue, when it started, affected areas, urgency, operating hours, access arrangements, site contact and any photos or reports available.

Can repairs be completed while the building is occupied?

Share occupancy, operating hours, noise restrictions and areas that must remain usable. Staging, isolation and any shutdown windows depend on the work and site conditions.

Can you coordinate specialist trades?

Discuss the scope and trade requirements at the start. Relevant licensed specialists and consultants may be needed. Any certification or compliance-related work must be explicitly included in the agreed scope.

Can you manage several properties?

Send the property list, suburbs, priority work and reporting requirements. Geographic coverage, delivery capacity, approval processes and any programme arrangements are reviewed before commitment.

How are pricing and completion dates confirmed?

The team first reviews the issue and available information. A site assessment or further investigation may be required. Any quotation should state the scope, assumptions, allowances, access needs, exclusions and proposed timing.
