Commercial project questions

Plan with more clarity.

What commercial projects can I discuss with UC Build?

Enquiries include commercial buildings and offices, mixed-use and basement projects, hotels, motels, rooming houses, temples, churches, meditation centres, community halls, commercial kitchens, fit-outs, manufacturing facilities and building upgrades. Share the intended use and scope so the team can confirm project fit.

Can I start with an idea, or do I need completed plans?

You can begin with a concept, site details or a developed brief. If you have drawings, approvals or a tender package, mention them in your enquiry. The next step depends on the information available and the proposed work.

What information helps you review a commercial enquiry?

Include the site address or suburb, intended use, approximate floor area, current project stage, budget range and target completion date. For an existing business, add operating hours, access constraints and any planned shutdown windows.

Do you review tender packages?

Send an enquiry with the project summary, tender deadline and available documents. The team can discuss project fit, submission requirements and the appropriate way to share your drawings and specifications.

Can work be staged around an operating business?

Tell us which areas must remain operational, access restrictions and available work windows. Staging, services interruptions, safety arrangements and programme implications need to be assessed for the particular site before work is agreed.

How are cost and construction timeframes established?

A proposal requires a defined scope and review of drawings, site conditions, services, approvals, specifications and allowances. Share your budget and target dates early so the information needed for pricing and programming can be identified.

Who handles design, approvals and specialist consulting?

Responsibilities are defined for the agreed project scope. Discuss your existing consultants, landlord or operator requirements and any additional specialist input needed. Corevion can be included in conversations about manufacturing facility and process consulting.

What happens after I enquire?

The construction team reviews your brief and contacts you using the details supplied. The next step may be a project call, document review or discussion about a site visit. Any paid design, feasibility or consultant work is scoped and agreed before it begins.
