Your questions, answered

Plan with more clarity.

Where does UC Build work?

UC Build is based in Melbourne, Victoria. Share your project suburb and scope so the team can confirm service availability and project fit.

Do I need plans before getting in touch?

No. You can start with an early idea, site details or a developed brief. If you already have drawings, approvals or a tender package, mention them in your enquiry so the team can arrange the next step.

Can you give me a cost or construction timeframe online?

A reliable proposal needs a defined scope and a review of the site, design, specifications, approvals and allowances. Tell us your budget expectations and target timing if you have them; the team can discuss what needs to be assessed.

Do you work on apartments, multi-unit and basement projects?

These are part of the project range UC Build discusses. Send the site location, proposed development, planning stage and available drawings to start a scope-specific conversation.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

The construction team reviews your project and contacts you using the details you provide. The next step may be a call, a request for further information or a discussion about a site visit. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to a building contract.

How are design, feasibility and consultant fees handled?

The scope and any fee for feasibility, design or specialist advice should be explained and agreed before the work starts. Ask what is included, what is excluded and who will be responsible for each stage.

Can I get project updates or client portal access?

Ask the team about the communication and portal arrangements available for your project. Existing clients can contact their project team if they need access assistance.

Can you discuss property development or joint ventures?

Share the site, proposed concept and your role. Feasibility, planning, funding and delivery arrangements need individual assessment; returns, approvals and timeframes are not guaranteed.
